You see my brother did not want to sell any of the properties and on top of all that he was incarcerated and wasn't available for any thing having to do with them due to his location. I was working with Richard Fahey and that guy is a saint. Richard took the matter and ran with it, he processed everything that needed to go through the courts and kept me informed along the way. It wasn't easy and took nearly five years and I never felt as if I was being taken for a ride and that they were in it for the money.
