> I called and spoke to Josh about fixing my pool.  He assured me he would come at a designated time and day.  He asked me to text him my address, which I did.  No show.  When I called, he said he had referred my address and phone number to another company, and that they had dropped the ball.  I told him he had dropped the ball by not letting me know he was going to do that.  Wow.  I can't believe he does business like this.  I would give this business no star, but the program did not let me.

> This company came and cleaned our pool, it's so blue it looks beautiful.  His prices are reasonable, his follow up was terrific and our pool looks amazing.  I am so glad we signed up for service with Josh.
