Their martial arts training is excellent.  Their after-school program is a parents dream.  My daughter has been in both programs for a couple of years and has developed self-confidence and inner discipline.  They are also very nurturing.  As a working mom, I am so grateful that I have a place to send my children, that not only do they look forward to going to everyday, but is a place that I know they are getting excellent care and instruction.
