The woman was the rudest person I have ever experienced in a service setting. There were several comments made to other customers and when it was my turn, I clarified something that I said and she replied \"its not my fault, it's yours. You said the wrong thing.\" There was a man there who tried to calm her down and she yelled at him in another language.
