> When I 1st called I spoke to Diane & she was very unprofessional & rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever.  She actually used the following phrases with me while on the phone, "Yup!" "Wait, wait, wait!" & "Hold on!"  Once I went in to my appt & saw the doctor I was surprised to see she looks nothing like the picture she uses on her resume & on the internet, she is much older than that picture.  She was so fast, like if she was in too much of a hurry & would mark down medical history answers on her notes before I even got a chance to answer them.  She was not gentle while doing a pelvic ultrasound & hurt me.  I left very disappointed in this office.  I used to be in the medical field & not once did I treat any of the patients like they were just another number!  My first job was also as a CSR & even I have better manners when talking to anybody on the phone than her receptionist did!  I do not recommend this fertility office to anyone.
