They were there in less than an hour and quickly found the palm tree roots blocking my sewer line. In minutes the pipes were flowing well. Instead of digging trenches and tearing up the original brick patio and backyard, Mr. Rooter used a new technology to access the pipe and shoot coating through it to repair the problem and prevent it from failing again. they gave a 50 year warrantee (no that's not a typo) yes fifty years. this team really knows everything about plimbing and take the time to explain things. They quoted me $1,025.00. They tried to pressure me into accepting the bid by stating that the pressure gauge was over $200.00 and they were not charging me for the parts and labor on the ball valve. Of course, I couldn't have the work done at that price.I called another plumber and they put in the pressure gauge and ball valve, plus they inserted copper piping.
