Had to pay out of pocket since insurance did not pay for the supplies.  Needed a CPM machine.  Rented machine for 23 days...they tried to charge me for 30 days! I drove the machine back to doctors office, since they were unavailable to pick it up before my appointment, I live over an hour away, carried it up stairs & into office. Machine is VERY HEAVY!! Was told I would get a discount for bringing it back & saving the salesperson a trip to my house.  They charged me full price.  After calling several times, promised phone calls back never got any,  finally was told the cash price is discounted.  I will NEVER use this company again.  My son needs to have  the other knee operated on, will use a different company next time.  Do not use this company! I will be telling my Doctors office what happened,  Had to give them a rating, but they don't even deserve 1 star.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-18-06"}]}
