These people are rude, awefull and just don't care. Under our association bylaws, the association contracta Mt Helix Pest Control (who are an excellent co.) on a perminent basis for pest control. The association even pays them to spray the inside of out townhomes. When I tried to get their number so that they could spray the inside of my unit. The woman I spoke to Joanne (who was no lady) was rude, condensending and even laughed at me! They never return phone calls and I eventually had to track down Helix pest control myself. Good news! Even they knew they were contracted by the Home Owners Association. Percano Realty, should train thier employees better and teach them some manners! Don't ever contract them! They are not worth the money and are unprofessional.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-15-09"}]}
