From the sales guy (Paul) to the measurement guy to the warehouse manager (Jose) and most impressively, the installation team of Dan And Robby. These guys were great. I can't say enough good things about them. Very good workers, they installed the 7 new windows and cleaned up after themselves in very short order.My situation was odd only in the sense that shortly after my initial purchase I became unemployed and so finances became an issue and I had to delay the actual installation of the windows for several months. The company was extremely patient with me while I worked out my financial situation. I also had some other structural concerns about the home itself, but those finally were finally resolved as well and the installation commenced immediately.My only regret was that I didn't complete the project much sooner than I did, but that is all on me and my procrastination and doesn't reflect poorly on the company at all. I am very happy with the 7 new energy efficient windows and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come. I live on a corner lot and I can already tell how much the noise level has been reduced considerably.I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.","rating":5,"date_published":"2015-01-12"}]}
