You don't receive a bill, then you do with threats to collection and late fees.  Then, you attempt to work with them to resolve the bill - forget it!  They just keep threatening collections, and then, even when you own insurance company calls them to wait on collections - they state an emphatic NO!  Talk about no customer orientation whatsoever!  Please, for your own good, do not do business with them!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-18-12"},{"author_name":"anonymous","review_text":"SOPS (which also describes their business practices) sent me a bill saying that my insurance refused to pay.  Then a couple of week later, sent me a check reimbursing me for the amount my insurance paid them.  I took the check to their bank (Bank of America) which wanted to charge me $5.00 to cash SOPS check which the teller told me AFTER I had been fingerprinted.  They want to charge me money to get the money that they owe me?  I don't think so.  I will now send the check to the best bank in the world, USAA.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-20-07"}]}
