I outlined my situation to her, and she set up a phone appointment for me to speak with Mr. Lindsley at a specific time.  He failed to call, so 20 minutes later, I called their office repeatedly and left messages every way I could, giving my name and # each time.  I also e-mailed them.  Well, it's 1 hour after the scheduled meeting time, and not a peep from them.  Lindsley and his staff are asleep at the switch.  Two thumbs down from me!","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-28-02"}]}
