> The reasons I was interested in renting this condo was because of the two car garage, location, and was told everything would be like knew upon my move-in. The two car garage is really a one car garage with additonal storage space. Only one car at a time will fit in the garage or leave your garage door open, which is what most of the renters do. I moved in the condo August 5 and have had to call maintenance 15+ times to fix the things that should have been done prior to me moving in. Not to mention there was a gas leak. I can hear my upstairs neighbor take a shower, run the dishwasher, and walk across the floor. My bathroom and kitchen cabinets are so grimmy/nasty they are disgusting to touch. I was told I would have new appliances, another lie. My appliances are old rusted and dirty to the point I don't want to use them. Luxury Condos, definitely not. The only good thing about Canyon Hills is the location. I will definitely be moving as soon as my lease is up!
