The plumber came out 4 hours later, even though they promised 1 hour later, and tried selling me a re pipe. I politely declined and he got upset. He charged me 390 dollars for snaking my drain. He was only there 45 minutes. I asked him why the charge was so excessive and he told me that it is their weekend charge. I called this company yesterday and one of their dispatcher's told me that they do not charge extra on the weekends. I explained my situation and when the manager got on the phone, he said that they could no longer issue me a refund, but theywould give me an extra discount next time I use them. The other company that came out told me that SOS Rooter had been on the Turko files for ripping people off. Please do not use.
