We felt that Sundance met our needs and worked well with us as a preferred business partner. Even in my retirement I can still speak honestly to the attributes of this fine company. Their sensitivity to our needs as a small tour operator was one of the many things that kept us coming back. The drivers are always dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had our favorites, of course, and they were always there for us. Pricing was competitive and the equipment safe. Out of hundreds of programs from EARLY  4:00 AM  Airport Departures to all Day Tours.  I have never had to worry that the Coach would show up  prior to Spot Time.It would be clean, the microphone would work.  The drivers always took care of me and our guests. We had requested the same driver from last year and was very surprised and happy to see him when he pulled up to the office.The drivers are always very professional and courteous and are more than happy to make last minute adjustments to our schedule when we request it.  We went to Las Vegas for three days and not only was the driver available to take us around town but the bus was actually cleaned out each time. We've been on other buses where the restroom starts to smell bad after the first day, but not the case here.The driver took us down the strip on Saturday and then we ate at the Wynn for dinner -- very nice buffet there.  We stopped at Barstow on the way back and after lunch he dropped us at our office and made an extra stop for a couple whose ride was not there.Between the attention we get from the sales people to the wonderful drivers, we can highly recommend Sundance whenever you need a bus to take your group somewhere.","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-21-11"},{"author_name":"hd65855","review_text":"On a recent trip to San Diego, I had the opportunity to take a tour using Sundance Stage Lines.  The tour was fabulous and the staff for the bus line made it even more enjoyable.  The staff was courtious, friendly, helpful and prompt.  The bus itself was clean and comfortable.  The driver was full of small details that enhanced my trip by giving me little known facts about the area.  I would recommend the Sundance Stage Line to anyone planning a trip.
