She did my lashes on the 22nd of March and she did a wonderful job. Well I got a fill in Tuesday April 18th. When I left they looked great I even gave her a $5 tip. She told me if I had an issue to come back due placing the new lashes on the old one. Well the next day a cluster of lashes fall off. (About 4 or 5) I called to inform her and she stated she was going to recharge me. I couldn't believe it. I really thought she was an awesome person of her word. I guess it depends on who it is. I got a haircut and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff are very welcoming and upbeat.
