> Staff recently entered a friends room while he was not home with no notification, no 24 hour notice, no emergency - nothing. This is simply unacceptable for any reason and makes me worry that this could happen to anyone. Be aware that staff here may not respect your personal privacy.In addition, the giftcard situation that everyone was promised is still a mess. Went to pick mine up and they tried to give me a  $200 giftcard while a friend who signed the exact same lease (same apartment, same meal option, same parking option, leases signed within 2 minutes of each other) as me received a $350 card. I talked to the manager, but that was no help and she didn't know why we would not receive the same amount and refused to make it right or even explain why they were different. Not happy with the situation at all and everything seems like an unorganized mess right now.
