Except for at TLC, I was treated like a number at best, and in one case as a complete nuisance. It was like they couldnt wait to get me out of there.Even though TLC did not have a job for me right away they treated me with respect and gave me a few pointers as to how to magnify my search and they helped me explore other positions that I didn't think I was qualified for.  I'm now working on a project position at a large financial firm that might go permanent, but frankly, I'm not sure I want to go permanent.  I might like this temping thing so that I can continue to meet new people and develop new skills.I hightly recommend including TLC Staffing in your search. I was impressed by the fact that they do their own testing on-site to screen applicants and to get a better feel for how well the applicant might match a position. Also, their staff is very active in outreach and charity work in the local community, which means something to me. Not only do they spend their valuable time helping find applicants, they help applicants by their good deeds and investing more of their own time and money.
