Paying upfront meant it was 50% off... However, the person checking me in would NOT acknowledge the purchase, argued with me about parking. I had to call to talk to someone else about the Internet. Went back upfront to get the fitness pass- she acted like she was doing me a favor rather then giving me what I had PAID for. Even after I showed her the email she blew me off. I explained that why I appreciated the \"free drinks & breakfast\" I also wanted what I paid for. Talking to the manager tomorrow since as it is Sunday & the resort is dead I doubt there is someone here. The room is good sized, has a nice view of the pool but the matress leaves alot to be desired.
