We bought a car from them in early May, 2015. At that time they said the smog had been done and we would get the registration in a few weeks. We didn’t hear anything from them until late July. At that time they said the DMV had “lost” the smog paperwork and we needed to bring the car in to be smogged again. We brought it in August 15th. It failed. Because of personal problems we weren’t able to follow up with them until September. We took it in and it failed again. We left the car at their business site on Sunday, September 20th so they could work the problem. On Thursday the 24th they said come get the car. The problem is not solved yet. Bring it back on Monday so we can finish working the problem. When we got it from them on Friday the 25th we noticed that the gas tank which had been three quarters full when we dropped off was now nearly empty. The manager said they had been “driving it a lot” and it ran fine. So now we are where we were five months ago.
