I wrote an email to complain, and I didn't ever hear back from them.  I'm not sure what type of company won't even issue an apology when they make a mistake, but they have lost my business.  Any company that can't apologize for a simple issue clearly has issues. I ordered a magazine and was notified weeks later that is was on \"backorder\".  That would have been nice to know before I gave my credit card information.  Turns out that backorder means they don't plan on making the product until they get several orders...that also would have been good to know before I waited three months for the product to arrive.  when I finally got the order cancelled they were very short with me and no apology was ever given. The magazine was not manufactured correctly and the ammunition would not feed into the gun's chamber.  I returned the defective magazine to Triple K and when I got it back the problem had been made worse by their attempted fix.  I have emailed them about this several times, but have not gotten a response.  I am stuck with a defective magazine and I am out $50.  Buyer beware when dealing with them.
