> Desmol has been very helpful and inspirational at the same time, he has made me overcome my fear of being able to workout in a large gyms.Desmol is very easy going ,his fee's are afford & his technique of personal training is very unique .I highly recommend Him!So far I'm down 65 pounds and counting don't just stand there  pick up the phone and call him you will not regret it.
