> I've dealt with a handful of appliance repair companies in the past but none of them come close to the level of customer service as Vortex Appliance. Ryan stopped by, right on time, and was able to diagnose and fix my broken washer. He had great working knowledge of my machine and took the time to explain the situation and explain the detailed plan needed to get it working again. He was very professional, polite, and the price was outstanding. I would highly recommend Vortex and will definitely continue using them from now on. Thank you so much, Ryan!
