Sensei Parys keeps them focused and teaches them discipline along with amazing martial arts skills. Every session has been exactly what my son needs. Its fast-paced, high energy and extremely fun. I wish I were doing the classes! The instructor seems to gear the classes toward what the kids really need and he is super approachable and easy to work with. I'm so happy I found this place!!
