They were helpful when I went in for sample tiles to take home. Then when they came over to look at the floor and take measurements to give an estimate, they were knowledgeable and eager to do the job (and cheaper than two other companies). Installers were very experienced and did an excellent job. They worked primarily with Dennis Kelsy, who was great.
