Me too! He totally failed to give me any guidance, or any assistance to the point where my comp policy automatically deducted $3800 from my account... on top of my normal premium. He was inaccurate by 66% and did nothing to assist me or set up a payment plan. Now my present policy went from $5723 for the year as he set up to $9986. His phone goes to voicemail but is full so even when I was requesting advice about my audit he was nonexistent. Ben Crum Insurance has been a total failure for me. I recommend going elsewhere.","rating":1,"date_published":"2020-15-05"}]}
