> The pastor practices nepotism, and takes sides with certain members rather than acting as a moderator.  The church meetings are not to seek approval of the congregation's votes to elect certain members or to execute tasks, but rather to inform them of what the pastor chooses to do, whether they agree or not.  Staff lives extravagantly, way beyond their means, golf players and bmws, and does not reflect the life of Jesus. Last pastor was "laid off with a severance package," as a cover up for the fact that she no longer wanted to work there, and was not willing to complete her assigned expectations. Truths are twisted, and so are many of the attendees.
