I just want to know what things went wrong and why they need to be replace and what if not... I asked these mechanics many questions and they were patient enough to respond to all questions I had. I waited in their office for less than 3 hours, my timing belt and water pumps were done. I am not sure if 3 hours are fast or slow, I heard that it usually takes longer. Well, many times, when I asked too many questions, mechanics at some shops would be really annoyed and rude to me, and end with that they didn't want my business. These people at Expert really know how to respect a senior lady.
