I have had days of frustrating customer non-service trying to get them to honor an obviously legitimate claim.I bought an iphone warranty because, according to its website, \"Squaretrade covers you from drops, spills, water damage and other accidents.\" Well...My son got pushed into a pool. Phone was in his pocket.Complete accident.Bad spill.Water damage.Case closed, right?Apparently not. Squaretrade has a \"got pushed\" clause or something. Because, according to them, they surely would have covered it had he poured coffee over it, dropped it in the toilet, fallen into a water puddle or tripped into the pool (right...), but \"got pushed\"? Apparently that's not an \"accident\".Long story short: BUYER BEWARE.Save yourself the $84 they charged me for a non-insurance policy.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-14-05"}]}
