Customers left sitting in the lobby for hours waiting for a room. No effort made to prioritize the cleaning based on the customers that have arrived versus those that have not checked in yet. No apologies. No compensation. I went down the street and was immediately placed in a room. Don't stand for it people. There are too many hotels in San Francisco.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-25-10"}]}
