Classic bagels, chewy and dense, made the old-fashioned way: boiled and then baked. Classic varieties, including garlic, salt, and sesame, and a few new-fangled flavors like jalepeno. Also, house made schmears and fresh baked challah and the best Rye bread I've ever had.","rating":5,"date_published":"2005-11-11"}]}
