I called the manufacturer of my refrigerator and asked for a referral to a local service company to fix my refrigerator.  They gave me Kings Refrigeration.  When I called the number I wasn't even sure if I had called a business because the person who answered the phone mumbled something and it sounded like I was calling someone at their home.  They sent someone over to fix my refrigerator.  All that it really needed was a bigger bolt because one of the screws came off and it was stripped.  The guy screwed the same bolt in, charged me $75, and the door fell off again the next day.  i called him to let him know and he told me he'd be back to fix it that day by noon.  He didn't come at noon, so I called again.  He said that he got caught up and that he would be there at 4pm.  Again, he didn't come so I called him and he said he would come the next morning at 9am.  Again, a no show.  I called and he said he'd come at 1:30pm.  Another no show.  I called him again and now someone else answered his cell phone and said it was the wrong number.  On every attempt to call after that he hung up on me.  I then called King refrigeration again to tell them what happened with their employee and all they had to say was call back when the owner is there.  I logged onto my account at Wells Fargo and noticed the the check for $75 was cashed the day that I wrote it.  After three days I have a refrigerator that is hanging off the hinges and I'm short $75.  By the way, the guy's name who fixed the refrigerator is Dwaine Hunter.","rating":1,"date_published":"2018-15-01"}]}
