We paid $600+ for that first visit. Then, we called them back and instead of fixing the issue that they did notinitially fix and not charging us, they charged us another $700. The tech intentionally worked as slow as possible during the visit, knowing full well they charge by the hour. He initially said our cost would be $300 and thenproceeded to spend a FULL HOUR waiting for someone else to bring him a part we specifically said was broken when making the appointment. This led to him re-quoting to the $700 price. We attempted to inform them that thiswas unfair and they would only agree to bring it down to $610.
