> My favorite spot for sichuan noodles. Gizzard noodle is a must try (alert: might be a little bit spicy & salty for Americans). I also like their free green bean soup. MIAN is Chinese for noodles, and be aware that this is not a noodle house for something like Japanese ramen or Korean cold noodles. It's sichuan & chongqing style noodles. It's owned by Chengdu Taste's Tony Xu.The place is small and very popular, so expect a long wait.
