The doctors are wonderful, the entire staff is top notch!  Dr Joy helped us get thru a VERY hard time when one of our dogs had cancer.  We now have 4 dogs & 1 cat...every one of them treated at Small Animal Care Center.  I HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone I have a chance to. All of which i politley  said no to(due to the estimate being nearly $300) and would like to just have the shot. This is when the person got defensive and said that i really needed all this stuff. I was told that there is no way of telling if there are any serious problems with my dog without testing and the vaccine would be dangerous to give. I said my dog is, and has been healthy without problems. I just wanted my dog's annual vaccine given and i felt like i was being attacked and forced to spend hundreds of dollars which doesn't make sense to me. The office's are clean and welcoming. Dr. Cress and Dr. Thayer are completely understanding of the feelings of the owners and the pets.  They know how and really connect to you as a concerened pet parent. I could never say enough good things about them.
