> I would highly recommend AVAC. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think the biggest perk is that this gym is very family oriented.  The Absolutfit classes are high energy and the Trainers are educated.  I also love the pilates classes. All of the friendly members make for a nice environment.  Also, the childcare and the staff are amazing.  My kids always leave happy.  Thanks, AVAC!
