> I lived in this horrible community for a year and life turned pathetic . The worst community in town , The leasing managers has no respect towards residents, the community atmosphere sucks, you have all the rules and regulations all around, constant frisking and rude behavior by Avalon community , they are in need of your money and try to impose bed bug treatment bills and make constant bed bug inspections utill they find trace. Bed bug inspection 3 times in 1 month and finally a dog was made to enter and catch a dead bedbug,  Even though we did not sign anything abt bed bug treatment in leasing agreement , the leasing office frames as if you were breading bed bugs. They have a stupid policy of getting bed bug treatment only from the company they suggested. We paid 3000$ by the end of moving out only for bed bug treatment.The leasing office managers are rude always, never understands your situation. Community has design flaws, no pressure in bathroom, kitchen doesnt have proper stable quality equipment. Not worth of pay huge rent.
