> Cesar is a horrible person. He stole my mothers wedding rings, my father's wedding ring, his Santa Clara ring, her mother's wedding rings and all remaining jewelry.He then came back and asked for a couple hundred dollars cash because he was down and out.When she told him no he begged her for gas money.It's too bad I missed him by 10 minutes, by the time I got there I only found the half drinking beer bottle in the gutter. Hopefully next time when he returns one of my four brothers or Special forces husband will teach him a lesson.After he learned that my mother called the police and I also filed a separate report his phone number is now disconnected.
