> Came in as a walk-in to get my new tires installed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of me in no time. Highly recommend for future tire service.

> I have used big o tires in los banos and san jose and I have had a problem each time. I always walk away feeling that I paid way too much. My last visit was a few weeks ago for a new set of tires. I go to pick up my car and now I need new tire rods.... fine.... I go back later to pick up my car and the mechanic is test driving it which I find out later over 10 miles. I get in my car (camero) to drive home and a red lightis on indicating over heating. I take it back and they open the hood and the manger is yelling why is this car so hot!  he turns to the mechanic and says did you see the over heating light on? and he says no only the break light was on and I said and you let me drive away like that? So I now have an over heating problem AND a break light flashing! They try to cool it off and tell me if it comes on again i have to get off the road. I get 2 miles and i have to call a tow truck! Long story short> I will never use big o tires agian! I drove from los banos to san jose THAT MORNING and never did the car get hot! they just kept telling me that nothing they did on the car would have caused the problems that I have now! WELL I DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WHEN I GOT THERE ACCEPT THAT I NEED NEW TIRES!!!!!!!!!! I AM TALKING ABOUT THE PARKMORE LACATION.....STAY AWAY!!!!!  CALLING BBB NOW... I hope this reveiw helps......
