The entire staff are the most knowledgeable and professional I have met in the Bay Area and I have been a member with them for a year and a half. They offer everything from walk-in Yoga to serious fitness training that Professional MMA fighters and college/NFL football players take advantage of. This place has the personal touch to make you comfortable and enjoy going to the gym. I wanted a place that made me feel comfortable in a gym since I had never spent much time in one and I wanted to avoid the over the top testosterone filled gym where everyone there wanted to prove something. At Body Architecture you get all the workout you want without the attitude. I will never train anywhere else!
