> These guys are a gift to the community............!!I had failed smog twice, and was afraid I might be forced to buy a new car.Having been refered to Mike / Capitol Auto Care from the Manager of an auto parts store that I frequent, I took a chance and brought my car to them.Boy, was I happy with the result.
