> Terrible Experience! Severe damage caused to my wheels!First impression - walked in and no one was behind the counter. Finally got assistance and was told 1.5-2hr - even though the parking lot was empty and bays weren't full. Less than 15 minutes later, they pulled the car in (while we were in the store). We walked outside and noticed that the lift wasn't properly aligned on the frame of the car - pushing the rocker panel and bending it. Less than an hour later, and the tires were mounted. Not bad for timing...Upon closer examination of the rocker panel, I couldn't find any permanent damage (fortunately). However one of the wheels was significantly damaged with 3 large gouges present on the edge of the rim (clearly from the mounting process). I have before and after photos of the wheels (taken IMMEDIATELY before bringing the car in). I contacted management and they were not very helpful. I filled out a "complaint" form and said corporate would contact me. Other small details: the installers lean on the car, grabbed the edge of the wheelwell, and touch the paint without any respect. When the manager was out looking over the vehicle, the installer was leaning up against the car. When I advised him that touching the paint like that can cause scratches, he brushed me off and was disrespectful. If you have a POS that you just need the cheapest tires put on, this is your place. If you have any pride in your car, or don't want it to be damaged, go somewhere else.
