I am a chronic smoker and happy at keeping up my status until Dr. Yen told me the ugly side effects of smoking-blindness-which I had no clue of.  She educated me at the same time also not to appeared too preachy as many other so called professionals appeared to me.  She can be diplomatic at the same time as being caring and professional.
