I tried to deposit a check and rolls of coins that I accumulated over the year.   Was not even greeted with a smile but rather a harsh stare from the teller, Jaclyn.  I came in thinking I was able to deposit my coins as per the pervious years that I did in the same branch.  Jaclyn, came off giving her \"teeny bopper\" rude attitude when I placed the bag of coins in front of her.  With an offensive demeanor, she refused. Since they had previously taken my coins in the past years, I believe as a customer I had every right to question the discrepancy of their policy on coined rolls.  I would have respectively accepted her answer on the \"coin policy\" if it had been done in a professional manner. I have been a great customer for a number of years without any complaints with BoA. I   I believe with the amount business that I am contributing to BoA I do deserve a teller with professional customer service.
