He had a terrible chemical spill and the harsh chemicals spilled all over my kitchen. My custom made cabinets were ruined. In addition, the guy broke the fan in the hood. The guy told me their insurance expired but they'd fix everything for me. At the end of service, the guy asked me to pay him a $500+ check for the service. When I mentioned that I could not pay because I'm expecting the damage would cost much more than $500 to fix, the guy yelled at me and pressued me to pay him. Out of goodwill I paid him the check. Afterwards I tried to be collaborative and sympathetic as I know the economy is tough and did not want to put anyone in a situation. It was a lengthy process. As of today, this firm owes me $900 and the fan in the hood is still not fixed. I've given them enough grace and have not been treated fairly. I think it's only fair to share my experience with the public so you're informed. Lesson learned in Petaluma, CA","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-29-04"}]}
