He came one & half hour late and spent explaining how much money he makes and how important his time is. He spent 10 minutes looking at washer, explained the problem and gave a quote of $300. He also showed his unwillingness to this job. But he showed me where the problem is. After he left, I opened it myself and found a small piece of cloth which was stuck.
