> My car buying experience at Momentum left a bad taste in my mouth.  The purchasing part was fine, with Tony and Al being helpful and friendly.  I wanted to pay cash and said I could come back the next day with the money, but Tony offered a special deal to purchase on the spot.  I put down $2500 on a credit card and signed financing papers for the balance, with the agreement that I could pay the balance within the next three days and they'd tear up the financing docs.  Well, I arranged a wire transfer from my bank to Momentum's that arrived within 48 hours.  I followed up by phone to verify that the wire was successful and to ask for an email saying the car was paid in full.  I called and left a dozen messages for Tony, Al, Steve in finance, and anybody else I could think of, but nobody returned my calls.  How hard would that have been?  It took me four days to get a one-line message saying the wire transfer was completed, with no mention that the car was paid in full.  What's that about?  I can't imagine the whole dealership was too busy to return my call(s).
