> I am normally treated very well by National.  Unfortunately, this trip did not measure up.  I am a National Executive renter and I am supposed to get any car at the mid sized car rate.  When I asked for a particular car I was told there were none available.  I pointed to one in another lane and was told it would cost more for that vehicle.  I protested some but did not have the time to have my point validated.  I had to pay an additional amount.
