I live in a condo complex in Brisbane. My neighbors above hired this company to clean carpets. This company and the technician Tony, opened my water heater closet and hooked up equipment without my permission. Every unit in this complex owns their water heaters. I talked with the neighbors who said they had no knowledge of this and thought Tony had everything connected to the company truck, hoses, water, etc. When I called the company and talked with Nick (manager) he was very rude and said he had to take another call. I called back to an answering machine left my number and asked to be called back. Tony called back and was even ruder than Nick. My conversation with Tony about what I saw and what he did was unacceptable and not at all professional…he YELLED at me. Bottom line is they stole water from me and have terrible customer service and business ethics.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-20-06"}]}
