> I was a little hesitant to do BJJ after COVID. This place is clean and they follow protocols which made me feel better. Im really just looking for basic self defense in these crazy times so I was also worried about UFC wanna-be over aggressive guys.  But everyone is so humble and more focused on teaching you for the greater good.
