They also damage my new car door & hood whom ever did the towing. I tried to confront the manager & reason with him about the towing damages. Manager dennied the damages there drivers did what to new vehicle and was very unreasonable. The manager personal words were\"maybe I put groceries in my hood\". That's funny because who would put heavy bags on there new car & put scratches also damage the passanger door where they had to open my car to take the parking brake off. This company is a scam  & liars that's why I am taking them court to pay for the damages & also file a complaint to BBB (business better bureau) regarding there towing procedures & company ethics.  Whoever is reading this & feels the same, if not worser towards this scam company like myself you need to stand up & excercise your rights toward our system in civil case & also put this company out of business.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-22-07"},{"author_name":"Al S.","review_text":"","rating":5,"date_published":"2013-09-01"}]}
